Our approach is centred on the belief that understanding yourself changes how you move through life. We don't tell you who to become — we help you create the space to discover that for yourself.
Founded by Suzanne Green, Soul Mind Body Recovery combines over 20 years of experience in personal development, workshop facilitation, and holistic wellbeing practices to support meaningful and lasting growth.

What We Offer
Healing Touch Individual Sessions
Healing Touch is a gentle, holistic wellbeing practice designed to support relaxation, calm, and nervous system balance.
Individual sessions provide a nurturing space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself during times of stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue.
Workshops for Young Women
Our small-group workshops support young women as they navigate the transition into adulthood with greater confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.
Based on the Tree of Life framework, these workshops provide a safe, supportive space where participants are encouraged to explore their identity, strengthen emotional awareness, and build confidence while navigating life's changes.
Guided Books & Resources
Our guided books and journals are designed to support self-discovery, reflection, and personal growth. Through thoughtful prompts and structured activities, these resources help readers explore their identity, recognise their strengths, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
Whether used independently, alongside workshops, or as part of a personal wellbeing journey, these resources provide practical tools to encourage insight, confidence, and meaningful growth.

Therapy Approaches
Mindfulness
Mindfulness invites us back into the present through our senses, the rhythm of the breath, the feeling of the ground beneath us, the sounds and textures of our environment. In these small moments of awareness, clarity and calm can quietly return.
Creative Expression
Creative expression offers a gentle pathway into self-discovery. Through writing, drawing or symbolic reflection, thoughts and emotions can be explored safely and honestly, allowing clarity and insight to unfold over time.
Metaphors
Metaphors and seasonal imagery are used throughout this work to gently explore life’s transitions. Just as nature moves through cycles of growth, shedding, rest and renewal, we too experience seasons within our own lives. These metaphors provide a safe and accessible way to understand change, identity and personal development.
Energy Therapy
Healing Touch is included in my work because growth is not only a cognitive process — it is embodied. When the body relaxes and the nervous system softens, clarity often becomes more accessible. This gentle, energy-based practice complements all of my work, offering supportive stillness alongside education, reflection and structured personal development.
